Little Footprints Preschool is a new Mandarin-immersion preschool in the Sunset district of San Francisco, which opened in June 2011. We serve children ages 2 to 5 years old in a 100% Mandarin-immersion environment. We offer an interactive project based curriculum, as well as a very low teacher to student ratio (1:6).
Our facility is newly renovated with spacious classrooms filled with natural light. We have two brand new bathrooms with ample child sized toilets and sinks. Over 2,000 square foot onsite outdoor play area, aka the "small park," has a sandbox, bike loop, gardening boxes in the lower deck. The upper deck features a play structure, basketball hoops, and a large toy car that can fit two kids.
At Little Footprints, we utilize a combination of eastern and western teaching styles. Our instruction consists of guided activities, but children can choose what type of activity they want to do at a given time, based on their own interests.
